Returning Nonmember Registered Users
Nonmember registered users should use their e-mail address as the user name and
the password they chose when setting up the account. However, if the password was less than seven characters,
trailing "1"s should be added to reach seven characters. For example, if the password was "dog" is it now
"dog1111".
